Lloydminster, AB/SK – Seniors and their families are invited to attend the annual Seniors Information Fair on March 13, 2025, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Legacy Centre (5106 46 Street, Lloydminster).
Hosted by FCSS Lloydminster and the Lloydminster Learning Council Association, this free event provides an opportunity for seniors to connect with organizations, businesses, programs, and services designed to support their well-being and independence.
This year introduces breakout sessions, a new addition aimed at providing more in-depth information on key topics. These sessions will run every 30 minutes on a first-come, first-serve basis and will feature:
• Summit Vision Training – Daily Living for Seniors and Driving Skills with Candice Stockman, Vision Performance Coach
• Saskatchewan Health Authority’s “Forever in Motion” Program with Tiffany McNaughton, Exercise Therapist
Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage with over 25 exhibitors, including representatives from local senior support groups, meal services, senior care and housing, transportation services, as well as recreation, health, and wellness organizations.
Special guests include Mayor Aalbers, Council, and MP Rosemarie Falk, who will also be available for discussions.
