Lloydminster RCMP GIS conducts arrest after sexual assault of a minor
Lloydminster, Alta. – On June 26, 2025, Lloydminster RCMP received a complaint regarding the sexual assault of a 14-year-old female by a 21-year-old male. Lloydminster RCMP General Investigation Section (GIS) took carriage of the investigation, arrested the suspect and executed a search warrant at his residence.
As a result of the investigation, Tristan Lewis (21), a resident of Lloydminster, was charged with:
- Sexual assault;
- Sexual interference; and
- Failure to comply with release order (x3).
Lewis was brought before a justice of the peace and remanded into custody. He is to appear before the Lloydminster Provincial Court on July 17, 2025.
