This day is organized by the Lloydminster Maternal Mental Health Initiative Committee.
9:30-10:30 Programming at Home Hardware Building Centre Lloydminster- Timber Cafe
10:30 Flora's Walk- Team Lloydminster at Messum Park
1. Programming beginning at Home Hardware Building Centre Lloydminster- Highlighting Maternal Mental Health and supports throughout Lloydminster. Join us to listen, learn, and connect with other women. Everyone has a story and you are never alone throughout your journey. The focus will be on self-care activities. Refreshments and snacks will be provided, as well as a take home package.
There will also be giveaways from local businesses.
2. Walk at Messum Park- Team Lloydminster, Flora's Walk for Perinatal Mental Health- This fundraiser is organized through the Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Collaborative, a non profit organization working to improve perinatal mental health care in Canada.
